Professor Warren Harding AM

Chief Executive Officer

Prof Harding was the Western Australian Minister for Health’s nominee on the Sustainable Health Review which reviewed the next $120bn spend in State funding and recommended significant investment into Care in the Community, digital health, new patient experience and smarter use of data.

Played a key role in elevating the importance of digital health in transforming health services Is instrumental in influencing policies related to digital health, innovation, ageing and Alzheimer’s disease.

Has been in technology innovation for over 30 years Involved in the early development of innovation incubation and acceleration through his involvement of Technology Park. Was inaugural Board member of SciTech.

Prof Harding will contribute to the design of the bio-band including user functions and will help developing appropriate business model, capital raising, developing export opportunities for the product and services related to proposed innovation.

Professor Yogesan Kanagasingam

Chief Innovation Officer

Prof Yogesan has considerable experience in developing and deploying medical diagnostic devices from bench to bedside (e.g. EyeScan device for diagnosing anterior segment and retinal diseases which is used by NASA at the International Space Station and many eye clinics in USA and Europe). These devices are used around the world to provide patient care.

​Has a patent portfolio of 35 patents (medical devices and medical software) His award-winning telehealth inventions and AI are used in China, Singapore, Australia and USA.

Has considerable experience with TGA, FDA, HSA in Singapore and CE Marking regulatory approval process via his advisory roles to international companies such as Ophthalmic Imaging Systems (California) and TeleMedC (Singapore).

Is the pioneer in developing an eye test for Alzheimer’s disease and developed artificial intelligence-based disease grading systems for eye diseases. Within WA Health Services, Prof Yogesan has initiated many projects, e.g. MICE mobile app and e-Consent which is used at Fiona Stanley Hospital in collaboration with Prof Fiona Wood; and implemented Remote eye screening system within RPH Ophthalmology to screen patients with diabetes. This service is ongoing and screened over 3000 patients so far.

Has implemented tele-medicine services in Torres Strait Islands and remote part of South India.
Has worked with various WA Health Ethics committees for approvals to conduct research withing Health Services (e.g. WACHS, RPH, Fremantle Hospital and Fiona Stanley Hospital).

Dr Sayanta Jana

Chief Medical Officer

Dr Sayanta Jana is a Director and Chief Medical Officer of the company with considerable experience working as clinician and health administrator. Presently, he is the National Medical Director of Silver Chain Group. Dr Jana holds Adjunct Professorial appointments with Curtin University Medical School and University of Notre Dame Medical School and also an accredited National Standards V2 Assessor among several other national and international credentials. He will contribute his medical knowledge and expertise to the project and help the company explore new applications through active research.
